Thank You Animation

Goal

Create an original animation to thank Submittable users after their hard work. Make it a vector-based animation (Lottie), so it’s crisp across all screen sizes and packed into just a few kilobytes.

Role

Illustration, Animation

More Info & Credits

Submittable wanted to make sure its customers were being thanked at certain stages in their user experience. To make sure that moment felt really special for users, and looked great, we used vector animation tools.

Thanks a Lottie

With the use of the After Effects plugin Bodymovin, Lottie functionality, and whatever JSON is, this fun little animation looks pixel-perfect on even the highest-res screens, and comes in at under 200kb.
