Solutions Animations

A grid of 3D-modeled objects including a combination lock, lightbulb, and stack of money.

Goal

Grab viewers' attention with engaging visuals on Submittable's product solutions pages. Distill these multi-layered solutions into three separate animated 3D illustrations.

More Info & Credits

Submittable needed a series of short, captivating animations to help express some of the nuanced problems their product is capable of solving. The solutions shown here include: preventing fraud (lock), measuring impact (lightbulb), and dispersing funds (money stack).

Separate Animations

It was essential for all three animations to be united via color palette and modeling style, but stay unique enough to not feel repetitive on each page.

Process & Exploration

I began with a clean, 2D vector approach, but steered into the 3D direction to help expand Submittable’s visual style options.
